Do not order a car here!
Written by 01/20/2009
onI ordered a Prius in the 1st week of August 2008. They told me it would be 12 weeks. It is Mid January and they still don't have it in. They won't give back the deposit or take my phone calls. If you want to get a car go to [another dealership]. Dry Ridge has had more than one complaint against them. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a dealership with the product you want and get it.

When a consumer places an order for a vehicle at a retail location, or dealership, the order is immediately submitted to the manufacturer and a delivery date is given. There are several factors that can affect the delivery date and these factors are completely controlled by the manufacturer.
The complaint submitted by 'NO2DryRidgeToy' was regarding one such order. We made return phone calls to this customer making them aware of the changes in the delivery date of the vehicle. We also offered the customer another Prius to drive while they were waiting on the Prius they ordered.
The customer decided not to wait, and went to another Toyota dealership to buy a Prius. They ended up spending $4000 more at the other store than they would have paid if they waited for their ordered Prius from Dry Ridge.
The Prius arrived 3 days after the last contact we had with the customer.
Our customer's complete satisfaction is our number one priority at Dry Ridge Toyota. We have been awarded the prestigious Presidents Award as well as been recognized as #1 in the country for customer satisfaction in 2008. We would not receive these honors if we didn't work very hard to please our customers every day.
