onI had called for an appointment. The staff was ready for me when I arrived and took my car back to have the brakes checked as one morning last week in backing out of my driveway, the brakes didn't catch until I pumped them a couple of times. It was an extremely old morning again and
there had been ice on the roads the day before. Anyway I drove around a couple of streets slowly and the brakes worked well so I went on to work.
After checking the car's brakes nothing unusual or wrong was found. The staff said it could have been a tiny rock got up into the brake base to cause the temporary glitch. So I felt relieved. Everyone was professional as well as friendly. I appreciated that water and coffee were available as well as TVs. I did not have a long wait.
