DISASTROUS MESS!
Written by 05/31/2023
onThese folks charged me $500 (2 hours of tech labor, I think) to change one front wheel bearing on a Chrysler Crossfire. In checking what the usual charges are for this service on Hemmings and several other similar websites, I learned that I was charged about double what it should have been. Car was slightly damaged in the parking lot. Since it was minor, I ran it through my insurance and Traveler's will send them a bill. Asked them to put 33 psi in rear and 32 psi in front. The tire pressure warning light was on all the way back to my house. I checked the pressures myself and all 4 tires had about 38 psi. Way too much. This is an incompetent ripoff shop and I'll never be back. Don't subject yourself to this nightmare "business".
