Poor customer service and lack of follow through

onI purchased a used car from this dealership with my daughter. From the get go, I was having issues with everyone except for my sales guy. The finance department lady kept calling me by the wrong name and even put the wrong name on the contracts. Since this was a used car I was told there was only one key. They agreed to provide a second key, so I would sign for the car. This has has been an ordeal in itself. two months later after finally being told the key guy only comes on Wednesdays at 4:30 and then being told the guy is not there every Wednesday and not all the time at 4:30. This would not be much of a problem, but I live an hour and half away from the dealership.
I finally expressed for the third time that before I drive out to the dealership, I needed to make sure the guy will be there. I called the dealership and they wanted to transfer me to the salesperson, but he was not available, so I went to his voicemail. I called back and ask if the key guy was going to be there and was transferred several times before ending up in some other voicemail. I called back and asked for a manager, Jon. I explained the situation and I was frustrated and that I needed to know if the key guy was going to be there and he started giving me excuses. I told him I did not need excuses but needed an answer. He raised his voice (almost shooting at me) and then he hung up on me.
I cannot believe this is a response from someone to lead others. If this is the quality of the leaders than the lack of focus by others in their company is understandable. I will never buy a vehicle again from any Hubler dealership, nor will I ever recommend them again.
