So far, from this dealer ive purchased 2 vehicles in the past 2 years. Which should alreadybe a huge red flag. I've had my current car 2 weeks and the muffler is falling off, there's a crack in the windshield I didn't see, the breaks recently started having an intermittent pressure issue, and there's been an aftermarket repair to the front passenger wheel well that causes the tire to grind against the wall of the wheel well whenever I turn. Overall, I had a good experience at the representative level, however, during the purchasing of my current vehicle, i asked to see a GMC Acadia and was almost immediately written off. I also did mention the amount of stress I was under in the specific automotive situation I was in with relation to my family, which couldve lead to my impaired ability to look into the matter meticulously. I also spoke with the sales rep, and told him about my personal expectations with what i was looking for in a vehicle in relation to my family. My wife is 37 weeks pregnant with our second child, and now here I am most likely going to have to get repairs done to a vehicle I've been in ownership of for a total of 20 days. Also, I called your service department in relation to the muffler problem. I was told that they most likely didn't have any appointments booked for service, and that the woman whom I spoke with would get in touch with a service advisor and the advisor would get back in contact with me later that day. That was at noon on Friday February 10th 2023. I'm writing this on the 23rd. After contacting them again on the 14th I still haven't heard back. Honestly between that, I will confess that alot of my dis-satisfaction is influenced by the fact that I previously bought a car from the company that resulted in me putting forth at least 2,500 dollars in repairs not including regular maintenance. Basically, that's 2 cars in 2 years that have resulted in almost immediate repair bills from a "reputable" dealer. I'm at my wit's end with the implication of "satisfaction" in the purchases made with this dealer. I'd hope to have this resolved, but after witnessing the manner in which these people deal with dis-satisfied customers on BBB i feel as though I'd be better off getting a consultation from an attorney.
