Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln

Our family required a larger SUV and after a ton of research we nailed it down to a Lincoln Navigator. Our decision for Fair Oaks was based on other customer reviews. We are happy to confirm that our experience matched past positive reviews. The process was quick, efficient and team was very professional. We never felt pressured and they went out of their way to let us take our time in making a big decision. our only complaint is with Ford, not the dealership, with respect to delays in building our Navigator. This is driven by the huge interest in the product, but at the end I think Ford / Lincoln could do a much better job with the dealerships setting their expectations.
