Dealership Sales Review

This Dealership Is a SCAM
Written by queensmall on 05/05/2015
BEWARE of there SCAM! I went in on Saturday May 2, 2015 to purchase a 2015 Jeep Patriot. They advertised they had a special going on with $4,305 OFF the regular price of $20,680. Which ended up being $16,375 with the $4,305 discount. I was putting $8,000 down and financing $8,375. As I was signing the papers and not really reading. The car salesman Ozzie came back with a paper with numbers on them so I started to pay attention because I had to sign the paper that had the price. As I look over the pricing my remaining balance was $15,000 and something and I ask him how is this possible that makes no sense because I'm pretty much paying the car half off. He couldn't explain. So I then asked him what is a Service Agreement and why is it $2,800. He claim it was an extended warranty. I asked him why would I need to purchase an extended warranty when all new cars automatically comes with warranty's. He went and removed the $2,800 with no hesitation. He came back and the numbers was still off. So I double checked it again and it had by Trade In Value $1,500. I ask him what was that for because I wasn't trading in a vehicle. He went and removed the $1,500 with no hesitation and claim the numbers are in there system by default and it was a mistake. I started to think well who else have these guys tricked since it's supposedly in their system by default. When he came back the third time I was like something doesn't seem right. I told him, You guys pretty much tried to overcharge me $4,300 and if I would have signed and not paid attention my $8,000 would have went down the drain. I told him you're claiming to give me $4,305 off just to recharge it in [non-permissible content removed] fees that don't exist. I also told him that he removed the fees with no hesitation because he couldn't explain to me why was they there in the first place. The only excuse he had was the fees are in the system by default which is not a good excuse and are complete lies if you ask me. I also asked him why would you charge me a Service Fee when you're charging me a $675 dealers fee. He had no explanation. He started to get mad. He had an attitude and he was angry because his scam did not work. They tell you their giving you $4,305 off just to add bogus fees to your bill to still get the money they claim their giving you off. I was disgusted that they were so deceitful so I told him it was no way in hell I was going do business with them. I can understand if it was a mistake the first time but two times in a row its a scam and his attitude really told on him. He was nice as long as he could trick me but he became [non-permissible content removed] once I realize their SCAM. Do NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS if you do please check your numbers before you sign. They are con-artistes that need to be shut down. They all should be ashamed of themselves manipulating and stealing peoples hard earn money.
