Need a lie detector and video proof

onEvery since they changed the name the customer service of this dealership is completely horrible. I took my car up to get checked out I sat for 3 hours before anyone told me any information about my car also when I walked into the waiting room they allowed one of the patrons bring a full size dog into the waiting room. Once they decided to inform me about the problem with my car they told me two different diagnosis which come to find out one was actually right they were just waiting for the warranty to expire so that they wouldn't have to pay for the repair on a 2 1/2 year car that they know this problem is common. If you go make sure you get Everything in writing because they will lie to you in you face
