onI had set up an appointment to take care of an ignition key recall in advance with service advisor Brad the day before as new keys had to be cut. Although Brad was out when I brought the car in, Tim had the new keys ready, minimizing my time spent at the dealership. My car also had a routine oil change done while I was there. There were no surprises and the work was done when promised.
