onCheck engine light activated on my 2012 Kia Optima. Took it to Ed Voyles where it's had most of it's service and they checked the codes and told me it was the fuel pump. I made an appointment for the following day. They called just a hour before the appointment to obtain the warranty information. I was put on hold as they said they needed to check to see if they had the part available. Once back on the line they said they did not have a part and that it would be Tuesday before they could get one as it was being shipped from out of state because there are no fuel pumps in the state of Ga. I called another dealership within 15 minutes of Ed Voyles who had the part and an open appointment today. Up to this point I have always enjoyed the great service I have been provided. I wish I would have be treated better.
