Brad Bauer was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, techie, great deal! Willing to negotiate fairly. Vehicle - Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE All Wheel Drive - incredible! Toyota has really evolved RAV4 into an advanced form. Excellent ride, response, power, GPS, SiriusXM, auto adjusting cruise control, lane deviation monitoring, backup camera with pedestrian detection, etc!! I love my new "ride"!!
