Horrible Dealership

onWent in to buy a new Equus thinking that Hyundai are indeed ready to step up their game. This is the second time we are trying to buy a car there thinking that the previous time was just a single bad experience (previous time we bought same day at a different dealership that respects their clients).
We were extremely disappointed to learn that such an amazing car will be hindered by a dealership that is just not honest with very poor client approach.
They keep stating that they are honest with a no haggle price. I really liked it coming in and was planning to close on a car quickly.
After talking to the sales person, closing on the car we wanted we arrived at the dealership to find out that the car 'was sold two hours ago' and maybe we want a different one.
The sales manager explained that it was traded and he did not know. The sales person said that someone else wanted to buy the car but they did not run his credit yet. Obviously one of them was lying..
The owner of this business should either be ashamed of his company or ashamed of his employees but the business reality is that he lost a sale of two cars today.
What a waste of time.
After our experiences and based on talking with others, I have no doubt that many of their good reviews are submitted by their own people.
