Unhappy customer

onI purchased a new BMW and signed my contract on 5-27-2013. I had a horrible customer service experience that the new car General manager could not resolve. I took it up to the President/owner of the dealership and it could not be resolved. I then called BMW USA and filed a formal complaint on 6-14-2013.
That same day, I got a call from the General Manager stating that the President/ owner of the dealership was not happy that I got BMWUSA involved and that they wanted their car back.
I explained that I was uncertain of the legality behind their verbal request and was then threatened that my deposit would be returned even though I stated that I would willingly return the car.
Upon further investigation with BMW USA financing, this dealership never submitted my signed application for finance even though I signed the contract 18 days prior and also wrote them a large deposit in which they cashed.
I have filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation as well as with Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
Buyers Beware.
I will be immediately returning this vehicle to the dealership immediately and taking my business to a BMW dealership that is deserving of my business.
