Airbag recall

onI would not purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I find the service department appalling because I brought my 2002 330CI in for an airbag recall. They handled the recall with no problem, but when the airbag light on the dash lit up several weeks later, they refused to even look at it because it was older than 2005. I mentioned that they had just done the recall, but they refused to even take a look. After speaking with BMW of North America, I eventually ended up at BMW of Mobile and was much more impressed with their service department, and they reset the lamp with no issues. I'm really unhappy that I had to spend 2 hours in the car because Sansing BMW wouldn't even look at my car, even though yhey did the recall.
