Dealer will not provide title.

I bought a used Toyota from Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola Jan 2021. The deal they agreed to was I pay their full price and they pay all fees, taxes and title. Two months later they have still not paid the taxes or title and I have not been able to register the vehicle. Not sure if they are pulling a scam or what but they won't return my emails or calls and will not complete their part of the deal. I do not recommend this dealership.
