onI bought my RAM truck at AutoNation not taking into account the quality of their service department. The first time I brought my truck in for service on Dec.30,2022 it took over 30 minutes to get someone to even check me in. Last Thursday Dec.7 at 8:00 am I brought my truck in for scheduled warranty service . I was pleased to see they hired more service advisors and was checked in immediately. The problem That I am having is that both my side view mirrors are chattering when I close them. I was told that a full diagnostic of the electrical system would have to be performed and that it would be two to three days before they could even look at it and a loaner could not be given until a diagnosis was made. I finally picked up my vehicle on Saturday afternoon because I needed it and it was not even looked at. The service advisor said it would be looked at on Monday, so I said I would bring it back on Monday morning but was told that I would lose my place in line. Needless to say I am not happy. Seems to me AutoNation CDJR Pembroke Pines cannot honor the warranty on the vehicles they sell.
