onI have been using their services in 2019. Everything was always great. However this year the experience has been absolutely horrible.
First visit: old batteries that were replaced and pieces of the exhaust system in the motor that keeps fume from going into the cabin were left inside the vehicle and not installed back. We had to take the vehicle back and had them correct the issues.
2nd visit : Engine light came on . After a week they were not able to give a diagnostic in order to move forward for repairs nor a date certain on when the diagnostic would be completed. Everyday was a different excuse as to why it was not done. After a week of waiting the service advisor was honest enough to tell me that they only had 3 mechanics and too much work. That was enough! Stay away from the dealer.
