Helpful staff without being pushy or overbearing

onSport Mazda Orlando made my entire car buying process smooth and easy and made sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I started by submitting my interest online and was contacted by Ray who wanted to know if I had any questions or wanted to set up a meeting. A few days later, I was able to set up an appointment to come see the exact car I selected online. I wasn't immediately attacked by a team of sales people trying to get me to buy something like so many other dealers and instead walked into the open lobby and up to the welcome desk to check in. The greeter went to get Ray and he walked me to the car making sure to ask questions and tell me a bit about the car. He listened to what I was saying and was comfortable to talk to, not once trying to convince me to upgrade or buy more, even when I told him I was considering it. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and helped me upgrade the Mazda CX-3 to add a center console without having to upgrade the entire vehicle to a more expensive model. After that, we started the paperwork and he made sure I was comfortable and had water and coffee while I waited. The insurance broker, Erik, even helped me save $100 on my insurance policy when my current company wanted to double my payments. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable and everyone there seemed like the genuinely wanted to help and make sure I was happy with my purchase.
