It's my my 3rd Lexus lease experience with Cesar Alcala and now with Lexus North Miami is the perfect combination. The service and VIP attention received are second to none. Cesar is not only extremely helpful but knowledgeable and super friendly. The really go beyond the call of duty to make your experience the best, and drive out of there feeling like a queen with your gorgeous new vehicle. 10 years and counting. Thanks guys for all you did.
