5/7 recent google ratings are one star! I'm not surprised given my recent unfortunate experience! This is my 4th purchase from Tamiami Hyundai and my first bad experience. I was quoted a lease payment and when they couldn't deliver on the payment amount they decided to "shop" me to other lenders. I specifically told them I was buying a home and that they were only authorized to run my credit once. Instead they shopped me to four lenders and this lowered my credit score to a point I'm now having to pay a higher rate on my mortgage. They put the sale ahead of the customer. I've given them every opportunity to resolve this and all they do is argue that they got the deal done. Well their goals and my goals are very different. Their goal was the deal and my goal was getting what I was promised. I thought my sales person (Eddie Garcia) would go to bat for me since he's been the salesman on 4 deals but all he did was justify the process and focus on the end result. He just sent me a text saying that "from here on I'm not available to you". They thought me getting a new car was important - it wasn't. I only wanted a new car if it made sense.
