We purchased our ’03 Mazda 6 from Steve Garcia a couple days ago. I had to come on here and share the amazing experience we have had! I emailed through their site on Saturday about possibly trading in our vehicle and wanted to get an idea of what we’d get for it. First thing Monday I received an email from Steve making sure I had received a response regarding my inquiry which I hadn’t. I responded with my question about the trade in and informed him that I really hadn’t had great experiences in the past with used car salesmen and that my time was valuable. I didn’t want to waste any time, I had a budget that was non-negotiable. I honestly didn’t expect a response after a gruff email like that, but like I said, I didn’t have warm fuzzies about dealing with any salesman. I was quite surprised when Steve responded quickly that he respected my time, he had a vehicle that was in great condition, only one owner no accidents and below the budget I gave him! He didn’t try to over sell me or max my budget. That alone was enough for me to go check the car out even though the dealership is over 35 miles away from me. When my husband and I arrived, he had the car cleaned and ready to test drive. Steve and his wife were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Here we are 2 days later and we had a problem with the car. Honestly it being a cash car sold as is, Steve could have easily told us tough luck. He was extremely helpful, sent his tow truck driver to pick me and the car up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes with a brand new 2018 rental car to use while they fix the car at no cost to us. This truly is above and beyond any service I have ever received. I couldn’t recommend Steve Garcia high enough, I will be sending my daughter there when she is ready to purchase her car. Steve has restored my faith in car salesmen, there are actually good ones out there!
