Damaged center console 3 times in car wash

I spent a considerable amount of time writing this message. As an individual who values hard work and takes pride in my possessions, I make an effort to keep them in excellent condition. I even keep a microfiber cloth in my car to ensure it stays free from dust, regularly wiping it down. Unfortunately, on three separate occasions, this dealership has vandalized my vehicle I purchased brand new. The fact that I trusted them for the third time only to face disappointment leaves me incredibly upset. To avoid any further misunderstandings, I took photographs of my car before leaving it in their care. Ironically, they managed to damage my center console during their supposedly complementary car wash and vacuum, exactly one year after the last incident, even though it was noted in their computer system not to have my car vacuumed or washed because of the two prior incidents. It is disheartening to realize that you pay these individuals and entrust them with your property, only for them to destroy it. The saddest part of my experience is that the dealership has gone as far as accusing me of intentionally scratching my own car in an attempt to humiliate me. Such behavior from the people working at the dealership reflects poorly on their character, and I can no longer have faith in them to handle the maintenance of my car. During a conversation with their Service Manager, Nick, he made it clear that he would only fix my console if I left him a five-star review and called and texted me repeatedly pleading with me to change my existing review to a five star review. When I refused his request, I was informed that they would not repair it for a third time, as they had already replaced it twice due to their own negligence during the complementary car wash. Frustrated, I brought this matter to the attention of their manager, Todd Voggel. Despite already expressing my desire to never return to their location again to Nick, Todd thought he could hurt me by stating that I am no longer considered a client. Todd, I believe your dealership has tarnished the Mercedes name and that you do not take pride in your job or your dealership. It is ironic how your attempts to manipulate reviews, both through your own and your employees' fabricated five-star ratings, fail to erase the narratives at your dealership. My experience with your establishment has been tarnished not once, but three times. I have included below time-stamped and dated photos depicting the condition of my console when I dropped it off at your dealership and when I picked it up. I would never recommend your dealership to any of my family, friends or clients.
