Nice Employees- Service Took Weeks to Complete

onThe people were very nice to work with but my car went almost a month without completing the service. They started and then didn't complete. I began calling other service departments to have my car towed elsewhere at one point. I had to work out two rentals and one loaner car during that time. I had call at least 25 times over the weeks and then in the 4th week I asked for someone higher up before the car was put on the line to get done. I am not sure if it was lack of technicians or poorly run business but it was pretty frustrating.
