onWhen I called to make an appointment I explained that the passenger mirror on my 2024 Silverado 2500 wouldn’t fold properly. The person I spoke to then asked me if I was calling about my 2022 Lexus RC350. I again clearly stated what vehicle and the reason and was asked if it was a 1500. After finally getting an appointment I explained that I couldn’t leave the truck overnight (dropped off at 7am), I was told, “no problem.” Jeremy Blackburn was very polite but called to tell me that they needed the truck for 48 hours. I realize that this is not his fault but my question is this- why bother with appointments if the vehicle is just going to sit for a couple of days for a simple fix. If you can’t get to it then schedule an appointment when you can.
