When we arrived, the vehicle we were interested in was outside in front waiting for us to see it. Everyone at the dealership was SO friendly and helpful, from Angie the person who answered my online inquiries to our salesman Nicholas and David the finance person. We were even introduced to the manager and the personnel in the service department. They truly treated us like visiting royalty. Nicholas was very helpful in explaining everything in the car to me, showing me how it worked and even hooked up my blue tooth and radio stations. It was a very positive experience. We've had some not-so-positive experiences with another dealer we previously used (not a KIA dealer), so this was a welcome change.
