I took my vehicle to AutoNation Littleton for a service that was indicated on my message center. Vehicle overheating. While there I also requested a oil change and tire rotation and all fluids checked. The first service representative said that they were backed up and it would take several days before it would be ready. I have a Ford warranty on the vehicle and a rental vehicle would be covered. I made an appointment for my service, that was two weeks away. But I was satisfied because I have the rental. The service representative called me the next day and said it was the waters pump and oil leak. He would have to get back to me to see if my warranty covered this. But I should know that they are still running behind. So I felt no problem because I had the rental vehicle and as long as that was covered. Eighteen days later I have not heard from anyone so I decided to call and find out what was going on with my vehicle. I called and asked for the service representative and after a brief hold another representative answered my call. His name was Ethan Caine. Ethan explained to me the original representative quit and he was just assigned my vehicle. He explained that he would look into everything that happened and should have been handled. He would get back to me as soon as possible. It was late Friday afternoon when I called and I knew he wouldn’t be getting back to me that day. But on Tuesday morning he called and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. He was so apologetic for everything that happened. He even took care of my oil change. I wish I would’ve gotten him first. Very informative about what was covered under warranty (which was everything but oil change). Just super helpful polite and informative. He’s politeness felt like I was in the south again with yes mame and no mame answers. I would recommend AutoNation if they could get Ethan as their service representative. I will only go back for service if I get him as my representative. He said he’s going no where. I just moved here from Florida. I found AutoNation as the closest dealership. This the second time I have been to AutoNation Littleton for service on my 2014 Focus. The first time was a problem to with the price. The service manager was able to help me with that. But I have taken good care of my vehicle and use the dealership for my services. I will be back again when needed. They say the third time is a charm! I hope so!
