Worse service ever

onHad a 10am apple for oil change and recall work to be done on my Ram. Was told it would take 4 hours to complete I decided to wait for my truck. Due to the fact I didn’t plan very well and didn’t think it would take so long with an appointment. So I waited. 31/2 hours later and noticed my truck never moved decided I had enough and knew that the work wouldn’t be done by hour 4. Went to get my keys. The service writer couldn’t find my keys and once he did said “I’ll bring it up front” not knowing it ever moved. I informed him it was always up front. And left. We (wife and I) have brought 3 cars through this dealership with amazing service even the finance people were awesome. Thought the service department would be the same. Boy! Was I wrong. No clue no customer service no service done. Total waste of time. Worse service place ever.
