I really enjoyed working with John Saldivar!! Very nice and respectful man! Knows how to work with his customers very well! I think he should be promoted to manager or some higher position because he is so good at what he does and he is such a hard worker! I commend his hard work and being so patient with me and my girlfriend when we were sold a Jetta that was having overheating problems and they immediately helped me and my girlfriend get into another vehicle asap! I'm very happy with our selection of the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS! It is so much more faster than the car we had before and is very reliable as well! I think this is perfect for my first actual car! with such low milage as well! They really work with you as a dealership! I recommend asking for John Saldivar! He really works with you and is super kind!! Although I unfortunately don't recommend working with Jesse Shearman, yes he did work twice with us he just doesn't have the best come across when it comes to sales. I've only worked in sales for 2 years but I know that is not how you treat a customer / sell your car warranty. I get it your trying to make commission off selling the car warranty but you don't force it on your guests I'm sorry but that's how you scare the customer off / make them less interested. He also had a cocky attitude about anything tbh! i mentioned "Wow I'm glad I got a reliable Japanese vehicle! " and he said "Um actually, it's a Korean vehicle!" with the most cockiest way he said it back. It came off as a "know it all" attitude and I did not appreciate that and it was super immature. Also when he was making remarks about the Jetta saying, "Oh now are you listening to your friends who have a reliable Jetta" and "Don't be surprised if you bring your vehicle back in 6 months". You want to treat your guests how you would want to be treated and that's exactly how John treated us! :) Other than that it is a great car place and I love them and what they stand for! I also really appreciate how the car lady upstairs really was patient and worked with us as well! took 6-7 hours of waiting but it was all work it in the end! Thank you again! -Brian and Nadia
