My initial contact was with Christina Tapia as I inquired online. She was understanding of what I was needing as a buyer, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to my numerous emails. She made me feel very comfortable and well informed as I went through the purchasing process by sending me cost breakdowns and distinct differences between Highlander trims. I later stopped to test drive the car of interest, which is where Dan Healy took over. He meticulously went through the details of the car and once we decided that this was the car we wanted, he made the process very streamlined. We initially had our two kids with us so needed to return to the dealership the following day to finish since they were running amuck :). The rest of the staff was awesome in keeping our 1 and 3 year olds occupied with cornhole and even brought them balloons. Despite the following day being Dan’s day off, he came in to finish our deal; something we found admirable. Going through Finance, Ryan was super helpful and broke down all of our options so we could make sense before adding extended warranties, etc. Our entire experience was exceptional and we highly recommend going with Mountain States for your next vehicle.
