I took my 2022 Kia Telluride to this dealership for 24,000-mile service, the same dealership that I purchased this vehicle from brand new in February 2022. I was told at my last oil change that I have a maintenance and service plan. I have no record of either of these plans, so I asked the service technician what the differences between the plans were and also what specifically do both plans cover. None of the service technicians could directly answer my questions. The service technician, Steve, told me to call Finance as he did not see a service agreement in my profile. I ended up paying $81.00 for an air filter and cabin filter (I was also told no military discount as the filters were already discounted). I was told a manager would contact me, but no one has. I have also called and left voicemails for the Service Manager and Finance team. Very poor customer service and follow up.
