A Serious Roadblock

Truck was left for two months due to an inability to get parts. The work was covered under warranty and a rental car was provided, but the car provided was not a suitable replacement vehicle. No offer of help was extended to find a suitable replacement vehicle despite telling my service advisor that I needed a truck, not a camaro, so that I could maintain my business. I never received notification when all the parts were acquired and work could continue. When the work was finally done and I arrived at the dealership to collect my truck I found my truck unlocked. The truck, which still had thousands of dollars of tools and specialized equipment was parked adjacent to the road and not behind any lockable gates. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, inability to acquire parts for a new vehicle that is covered under warranty, and careless behavior shown by the dealership to a vehicle that is central to my ability to make a living.
