Worst Experience Ever

This is the worst dealer i've ever had to deal with. I called the dealer on my B-day 11/02/2016 made an offer on a RX 350 and my offer was accepted a day later 11/03/2016. I emailed all of my documents including my proof of financing and told them to hold the vehicle for me to pick it up today 11/04/2016. I was told that the vehicle was going to be put on hold and come to find out the vehicle was sold to another person. This dealer has no integrity and their word means nothing. This dealer gets a zero for customer service.

We make every effort to assist our guests in finding the vehicle that is right for them but we do not hold or reserve vehicles as was discussed during the communication with your sales person. It is unfortunate the vehicle you wanted was unavailable when you came in however we have over 100 new and over 45 used RX350's in stock. If you are still looking, we would be happy to assist you in finding a vehicle that fits your needs.
