Pleasantly surprised

onMy Subaru is 3 years old and was about due for its regularly scheduled service when dashboard service lights came on and I had trouble getting it to shift out of “Park”. I envisioned a big bill for service but was pleasantly surprised when the bill was significantly less than I expected due to factory warranty on the offending part. The service representative, Jen, was readily available to answer my questions and kept me informed of progress. Overall it was a positive experience.
