Collision & Seat Repair

I had my car in for a collision repair and electric passenger seat repair under warranty. Nathen suggested that the seat could be taken care of while the collision repair was under way. The collision repair was completed in 2.5 days, but the part for the seat had to be ordered. Nathen handed me off to Paul in service who bent over backwards to get the part for the seat so it could be installed and was very professional and helpful. The collision repair was completed on Wednesday after I had dropped the car off on Monday. The seat part was ordered on Tuesday, but didn't arrive until late Friday and I finally picked up my car at 10:00AM on Saturday. Paul had expected the part on Thursday, but could not track it once it left it's point of origin.
