onService advisor was great! time to service was not bad but there was no coffee to drink, machine was not working properly which I brought to attention to reception desk, no option for coffee, are you kidding? I sold my Lexus and I will spare you how the waiting room is for Lexus customers but with all fairness my 2017 Impala was $40,000.
I think the waiting room should be set as if you care for your customers waiting experience. I bought my car in Glendora and they have many more options for snacks and lattes not just low budget coffee vending machines. Very disappointed in my experience.
