Terrible First Impression

onFirst of all, as a new potential Chevrolet customer, it was fairly efficient exchanging emails with the sales consultant that I worked with. So I set an appointment with that person at Stewart Chevrolet to examine the car I've expressed interest in buying. On the day of the appointment, I approached a man asking for the person I had set an appointment with but was told that this person was out sick. First of all, I had not gotten an email saying she won't be in the office or to reschedule my appointment whatsoever. Second, on top of being "stood up", we were told that the car that we've expressed interest into was already sold over the weekend. Obviously, I was beyond horrified.

This kind of " bait and switch" still goes on unfortunately. I've experienced it a few times this month. Drove all the way to South Jersey on one occasion.
