Poor Customer Service

onI took my Toyota Camry for service. I made an Express Appointment and was told it would take 2-3 hours. They were going to do an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. I told them I would wait and was told it should take an hour when making the appointment. Up front the service advisor Anthony asked if I wanted the recommended air filter changed I declined. His attitude changed I barely could hear what he was was saying. He was so unfriendly to the point of being rude. When I picked up car their was pictures that was sent to me and I said I’ll make an appointment to have the service done. He gave me my paperwork I said thank you and he said, him nothing in return. I won’t ever buy a car from this dealer again. I looked at the service advisor next to Anthony he had the same personality.
