onGood morning Auto Nation , thanks for reaching out to me. My experience was not the best. First of all, the day I purchased the vehicle I spent about 3.5 hours waiting for the whole process, I think it was ridiculously a long period of time knowing already what vehicle I needed and the cost of it. Secondly, the financing department guy who did all the financing numbers didn’t show any signs of empathy, I told him that I needed to go my bank and complete all the paperwork so I can send back the check and he goes like “ well you only 72 hours and your time is running now. I live in San Diego, so I told him that by the time I get home my bank would be closed, he didn’t show any interest. And lastly, my car was given without floor mats .
Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
