Unhappy/ Ripped off

onI bought a 2014 Mustang GT. After we took it back for repairs four times in six weeks. It came back worse every time. Parts would fall off the inside would be covered in trash and foot prints evev on the back of theseats ,rear seats and ccushions. So we traded for another 2014 GT
it was not what we had wanted we just got tired of being strung along. We lost about $11,000.00 on this deal
our new one had paint chips we were told they would be repaired . That were painted with a brush I guess this is how they work. We have only been told we will fill your gas tank. I don't see how this makes it all good.
When I spoke with Melissa at Ford Motor Company she said that we should have got back what we spent . That has never happened we are still out over $11,000.00
My advice don't go here
