Great service even though just warranty coverage and out-of-state owner

I stopped in for my 5K warranty service work and am from out of state. I thought I might be pushed to the back of the line because of this. I was really worried when, in spite of being the 6th car in line at opening of the service department, all the other cars were moved up before me after I was checked in shortly after 7:00 a.m. Not to worried however, the work was finished long before I got back from breakfast at AJ's where the dealer's courtesy shuttle had driven me. Excellent customer service from Andre Sims who made sure I didn't get ignored. Thank you to Milton Perez who actually did the work. Also, many thanks for the unexpected car wash. You guys are top notch!! T. Dekker
