I have accumulated points to use towards service. This is the second service I had to pay for because they failed to apply them towards the bill. I sent my son a second time and they said they didn’t use them because they didn’t have the username but they were able to call me and text me to ask me if I needed other services? what kept him from calling me to ask me for the user ID or whatever they needed? I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. The customer service has declined since I started going there. Last car purchased from this dealership was indeed the last one.
