From Loaners to Donuts I'm A Happy Camper

Greetings. I am back again to say that Richard Poole and the Freeway Chevrolet Team is Top Notch. This trip was a Sun Roof Leak issue and slight coolant smell. All issues were diagnosed quickly, and since there was a lengthy wait time for the repair parts Freeway again provided a Loaner Car for over a week (by the way, love the 2018 Malibu!). All transactions have always been professional with great communications. I am typically an informed customer/consumer so I have a good idea what I will hear from Rick for diagnosis. He doesn't disappoint and he also has never tried to pull one over on me. Great Service from Top to Bottom. From Free Loaners to Free Donuts I'm a Happy Camper.
