More mistakes than ever

onJohn Miller and Bill Duffy were both excellent to deal with to find me the vehicles that I wanted and in the price I was looking for.
Once I had the vehicles, it was the mistakes that continued to happen after that which is why I am very hesitant on recommending anyone to go to Freeway or any Chapman dealership. I was sold the truck for one price, with everyone knowing it had a lift kit on it, but was never explained that I am buying a truck and will have an additional price afterwards for the lift. I then had to go back in to renegotiate and apply for financing for an additional cost that was never explained to me from the beginning. All that was said and done and I find out that a few days later that the financing had another mistake that if Matt Honanie wouldn't have made the decision to eat the additional cost for his mistake, I would have had to pay an additional $5,000 for my 2nd car I purchased that same day. It was 100% unprofessional to have a buyer sign all of the paperwork, and have approved and accepted financing, then make them come back in because the Sales Manager did not explain everything correctly. To further the situation, have a conversation with another sales manager about the situation, and acknowledge that the mistake was on their end, but explain that upper management didn't care and if I wanted my truck, I was paying the additional money. If it hadn't been for John and Billy, my wife and I would have walked out and not purchased 2 new vehicles. The sales professionals are the only strength of Freeway Chevrolet.
