WORST SERVICE CONSISTENTLY!!

onThis dealership provides the worst customer service every time I am in contact with them.
They are unprofessional, rude, lazy, unknowledgeable, and have zero sense of urgency to repair your vehicle.
They rarely answer phones and ramble off rote memorized lines when reciting responses to questions. Clueless! Words like, “Let me see if we have the injector ‘stuff’ in stock.” Embarrassingly unprofessional. They also try to weasel out of any repairs covered under warranty. Dropped my car off, 1.5 weeks later they had a quasi-diagnosis, picked it up after 2 weeks and my windshield was cracked up the center. They did not mention it, just ignored it. When I mentioned it, the rote memorization of the windshield policy was recited. Saying, “Sorry about that, hopefully I gave you the windshield disclaimer when you checked in. We also mark it on the estimate.” Incredible that receiving my vehicle back with a cracked windshield is so common and such standard operating procedure, that they don’t even acknowledge it, nor care to apologize. Craftsmanship does not exist here. On top of the fact that I asked for an oil change. Received my car back after 2 weeks, without the oil change performed. His response, “that’s on me. I forgot”. The nonsense is endless!
