Horrible Service Department & Management

Tyler in sales was great! This dealership has a personnel problem in service. My husband and I called and/or visited over 10 times between November and Feb to get installation on a car purchased over a year ago. Not a single person in service would call us back. I visited the dealership and spoke with Sales Manager Ben and he was a condescending jerk. Not once did he apologize for his service departments inept abilities. He made the issue my problem. Once an appointment was made to install, my husband sat for 2 hours past appointment time before car was ready. Once car was taken back, total install was only 45 minutes. Not a single person spoke to him. No one thanked him for his patience. No one apologized for the inconvenience. No one apologized for all the ordering issues (as parts were in the system for the wrong vehicle). Other than Tyler in sales (who actually did return our calls… the ONLY employee who would talk to us), Lynn Layton has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
