I am always impressed with the expertise, professionalism, and individual care I experience each time I go to Van's Honda. I have always been able to get an appointment when it accomodates my schedule, and if there is an immediate need, they make arrangements to assess my car as soon as possible-often it is as soon as I can get there! Pretty cool. The staff know me by name, listen carefully to my concerns, and review the estimated costs of maintenance or repairs; if there are any changes in cost, they consistently discuss it with me before the work is done. And it is so nice to have an update of their progress during the process. It is typical for the same staff member who checked me in, to review the details of the work done with me, ensuring that my questions are answered to my satisfaction. I have always found the waiting area to be clean, quiet, and pleasant. If I am unable to wait for my vehicle, they arrange a rental car for me. I drive a lot and am very particular with my my vehicle. This is why I trust Van's Honda with my car. I know I don't have to worry about having a safe vehicle.
