Alan Webb Mazda

I leased a Mazda 3 here last month. I got a very good deal and was moderately happy with the process to get a deal. Webb is no different than any other dealership with "sales game". I am extremely unhappy with the customer service/support after the sale. It is 7 days until the first payment is due and I have yet to receive ANY payment information. After about 10 calls to the dealership asking about payment information I was sent to Mazda finance and was promptly asked for an account number that I have yet to receive. I called the dealership back and after 5 or 6 calls was connected to the sales department. They told me to go to a local branch of Chase Bank. In the end I found out that Chase was given the wrong address. Even though I went to great pains to provide my MAILING ADDRESS on many occasions. Apparently, address verification is only important to the dealership when they are trying to get paid. Follow up for their screw up is on the customer. I advise anyone considering purchasing from this location to look else where. On a brighter note I LOVE my Mazda 3!!
