I purchased a Fiesta from Sound Ford over two years ago and I was so satisfied with the service I received that I chose to return to buy a new Focus. Other dealerships had somewhat lower prices, but the customer service just did not exceed that of Sound Ford, so I happily returned and purchased my new Ford Focus at Sound Ford. I love being the proud new owner of a 2016 Ford Focus and I tell all my friends about my pleasant experience BOTH times with Sound Ford. I will continue to be a loyal customer because I know that my Focus and I will both be taken care of.
