Lexus of Seattle

I came to Lexus of Seattle for the quality of their cars and their legendary service. I was not disappointed! I love my 2017 RX350 Sport, but I also love the service I received at Lexus of Seattle. My salesperson, Roger, was knowledgable, personable, patient and knows great customer service. He listened to all the features I was looking for in a new car and what I was disappointed with in my current car. He offered suggestions, had me drive different models, listened some more and then helped hone my requests by steering me towards the perfect car. Buying a car is an overwhelming process. Roger made me feel like I had been educated on the car and it’s options. I left Lexus of Seattle thinking that I had bought the best car for me, and not that I had been wooed by all the bright & shiny without analyzing what was really important to me. I also had very positive experiences with the rest of the staff that I encountered. Lexus of Seattle has far exceeded my expectations!
