West Hills Ford

My wife and I purchased our second new car from West Hills this year. Both from the Ford Performance line - Both times we had John Kim as our sales person. The first purchase we completed this year with John took 18 months. It didn't take that long because of the dealership or John, but because the car was a special purchase from Ford. John never let us down throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date with its progress, put up with my nagging, and was always friendly and professional. We just finished our second purchase with John & West Hills and the experience was just as good. This time however the entire process only took 2 hours total including the time needed to pick up the car on a separate day. Everyone we worked with was super friendly, and even though busy, they took the time to make us feel welcome. Thanks West Hills and Thank you John Kim!
